How do I scan a QR code to collect items?

To scan a QR code, simply open your camera and point to the QR code. You'll be redirected to claim the item and you may sign up or login to your account.

What types of items can I collect?

With HMN HoloPass you are able to collect 3D or regular items and store in your wallet. After collecting it, simply click on their card and you'll be able to view it again!

Can I transfer my items to other users?

Currently, the app does not support direct transfers between users.

What should I do if a QR code doesn't scan correctly?

If a QR code doesn't scan, ensure it is well-lit and unobstructed, then try again. If the issue persists, please contact our support team for assistance.

How can I recover my items if I lose my phone?

Your items are safely stored in your account, not on your device. Simply go to our website and log in with your credentials to access your wallet again.
